A lovely place to stay with very friendly and helpful hosts. The flat was very well equipped and finished to an extremely high standard. Will definitely be returning👍🏻

We Stayed at Harewood last week with our two dogs and we had a wonderful stay. The hosts are so friendly and welcoming, nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal for those looking for a peaceful stay with a plethora of places to visit within a short drive. Lots of great dog walking places for your four legged friends. The cottage was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Super dog friendly without it being obvious dogs are welcome - as in it was so tidy and well kept you wouldn’t know dogs had been in there. The secure area out the front is an added bonus for the dogs. It’s so cosy and warm, we felt very at home and could have stayed longer! The yoga studio was a nice touch, very peaceful. Great for those both with and without dogs. We saw some stunning sunrises too. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay over this Christmas at The Spinney, such a very beautiful cottage! Cleanliness was above and beyond. Paula and Bob were amazing hosts and happy to chat and tell us all about the property. The yoga studio, which was available for us to use, was a real bonus ... especially as it was only next door. The alpacas were a treat and it was so lovely to be able to see them up close and feed them! I would 150% recommend this accommodation to anyone who wishes to have a relaxing stay with all the home comforts. The whole cottage was so very cosy. There are so many places to visit from the cottage, which makes it a really good base for time away from the hustle and bustle. It is our intention to return to stay this year, when the weather is a bit warmer. We really cannot wait. Thank you so very much Paula and Bob for your attention to detail and very warm welcome!

I had the most fabulous few days at Bob and Paula's place. Genuinely one of the nicest places I've ever stayed,and I've done a lot of staying over the years! I didn't want to leave, if I could I would have moved in. Bob and Paula felt like old friends as soon as I met them, warm, welcoming and interested but happy to leave you to it. The dogs were adorable and the alpacas gorgeous. The surrounding countryside was beautiful, great for Chatsworth and felt like I was in the middle of nowhere but its only 15 minutes into Chesterfield. The cottage was stunning, everything thought of, very comfortable and fab shower. Oh, and a wood burner! Go, because there is no reason not to and every reason you should!!

A great place to stay! They also offer alpaca walking, with a stop off for the most delicious coffee and cakes). Bob and Paula are wonderful hosts and I would recommend this place to everyone!

I can't recommend our hosts and the property highly enough. Bob and Paula are great hosts and sincerely want to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need for a wonderful stay. The property is immaculate, comfortable, well appointed and in a great location to explore the Peak District. I loved the Derbyshire moorland location and the proximity to Bakewell and Chatsworth House, (I understand the moors are part of the Chatsworth Estate). Next time we will book for their Alpaca Trail experience.
